If you own a retail business, restaurant, or bar, the first thing your customers see are your windows, so why not make a good first impression with clean windows.  Set up a scheduled cleaning with me and never worry about dirty glass again.  I offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly rotations.  You choose the schedule right for you and your business needs.  Windows can be cleaned inside and out or exterior surfaces only.  I make sure the glass sparkles by removing all fingerprints and foreign matter, such as cobwebs, tape from signs, and bird droppings.  All sills and frames are wiped clean.

Many people overlook the importance of keeping their gutters free from leaves and other debris. Keeping your gutters clean will help prevent costly damage over time by eliminating overflow that can cause damage to your roof.  I suggest cleaning your gutters twice a year, April and November.  I remove all debris from your gutter.  This includes leaves, twigs, acorns, and seeds.  I thoroughly clean your gutters and downspouts.  If your downspout is clogged, I will snake it with a hose to make sure the water drains freely.  While I am on the roof, I check hangers and gutter spikes, which can become loose from the excess weight, to make sure they are secure .  Once the job is complete, I bag and haul away all debris.
